LODGING
On LSU campus
The Cook Hotel
(225)383-2665
3848 W Lakeshore Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70808
We now have a contract with the on-campus Cook Hotel for January 26-28. We were able to secure 20 rooms to be set aside for us, so it’s possible that there won’t be enough for all Festival attendees. IT’S FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, but if you call to reserve and there aren’t enough rooms left, let us know, and I can call our Cook Hotel sales rep to see what can be done. Otherwise, you may need to try some of the lodging options seen on our festival webpage.

Here’s what they’ve offered us:

$139.00 for each suites, king or doubles, which will include a hot breakfast buffet for 2 people.

To reserve under our group name, call the Cook Hotel and give them the name Scott Nelson, and say it’s for the Electric LaTex Festival on Friday Jan. 27th through Sunday Jan. 28th.

Here’s phone number for the Cook Hotel: (225)383-2665
